When am I charged?

For most listings, you are charged immediately upon confirming your booking. Some hosts may offer a "Book Now, Pay Later" option, which will be clearly indicated.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed according to the cancellation policy of your booking. Once a cancellation is confirmed eligible for a refund, it will be initiated immediately. Please allow 5-10 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Security

All transactions are encrypted and processed by compliant third-party payment gateways. HomeNet does not store your full card details or mobile money pins.
